After purchase of prescribed printed application form and brochure
meant for the scheme the applicant/intending person
submits the filled up application along with E.M.D. fixed for the
category of the house/plot applied for. The brochure contains
details about eligibility, size of the house/plot, mode of payment and
method of allotment which differ from scheme to scheme.

through land acquisition proceedings. But in each case W.B.M. roads,
pucca drains, external electricity supply etc. are provided. Also
care is taken to provide water. Open spaces for the purpose of parks,
